Delete your account
Your family's information belongs to you. You can remove your Lanterhome household and everything in it at any time — no phone calls, no retention offers.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- 1. Sign in at the Lanterhome web app.
- 2. Open Settings, then Account.
- 3. Choose Delete account and confirm.
If you're the household owner, deleting your account removes the whole household for every member. Cancel any active subscription first so you aren't billed again.
What gets deleted
- Your login and profile details
- Every family member profile in your household
- Chores, schedules and completion history
- Meal plans, saved meals and shopping lists
- Rewards, points balances and pocket-money history
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data is removed from our live systems straight away and from encrypted backups within 30 days. We may keep basic billing records where the law requires it. See the privacy policy for detail.
